His plays and musicals have been performed hundreds of times for thousands of student audiences and performers. His experience as a teaching artist includes work for Missoula Children’s Theatre, The Orlando Rep, and The American School in Switzerland. He holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Central Florida.
Lauren Bice
Educational Theatre Manager
(She/Her)
Lauren grew up in Baldwinsville, NY, and after graduating from SUNY Oswego in 2012, moved to France to teach English to elementary schoolchildren. After returning back to the USA, she worked for six years in the travel industry before transitioning to administration at a local college. Lauren now brings her skills to The REV Theatre Company, where she is excited to work in administration and in theatre.
Nancy Carabajal Hunt
Audience Services Assistant Manager
(They/Them)
Nancy is a native and no stranger to Auburn, New York. Raised in the local community theatres, it was no wonder that they went on to pursue a B.A. in Theatrical and Digital Arts at SUNY Fredonia, a self-designed degree that combined their passion for theater with other digital mediums such as film, video gaming, graphic design and podcasting. While studying at Fredonia, they entered into the Disney College Program for entertainment costuming and, after returning briefly to New York to complete their degree, they then went on to work in entertainment at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, for three years.
They are extremely grateful to be back home and working in a more traditional (ie: non-theme park) theatre once again. They have a passion for the art of storytelling as a whole, in all of its forms, and are excited to be a part of that here at The REV Theatre Company.
Melissa Carbonaro
Business Manager
(She/Her)
Melissa Carbonaro is the Business Manager for The REV and has been with the company for several years. She has lived in Auburn with her husband, Tom, for the past twenty-seven years and together they have two children, Rachel and Michael. She has worked in the business world for the past thirty-one years and holds an accounting degree. Her job requires her to be a good multi-tasker and brings new projects to be completed every day.Â
Her favorite part of her job is meeting the new actors, designers, musicians, and technical people that come in throughout the year from all over the country. She loves being a part of this amazing organization and assisting in the growth of the company.Â
Lisa Chase
Director of Education
(She/Her)
Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Lisa Chase graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. After auditioning at UPTA in Memphis, TN, she was hired as an actor with the REV On Tour and was thrilled to find a company that combined two of her passions: theatre and teaching. After three years of touring, she assumed the position of REV On Tour Manager. In that position she oversaw many of the daily logistics of tour. From there, under the mentorship of Ed Sayles, she began directing, casting, selecting, and writing shows for the Education Department and, in 2010, became Associate Producer. Now as Director of Education, she feels a great sense of responsibility knowing that we are helping to shape future theatre artists and arts appreciators. Her principal goal is to ensure that the students we visit are changed for the better because of their experience with The REV Education.

Ant Dahl

(They/Them)
Ant was born in Auburn and has lived here most of their life. They graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2016 with a BA in Cinema and Screen Studies. From an early age they have had a deep love for cinema and all things strange. Always looking for new and obscure films, Ant has a great appreciation for performing arts and the art of storytelling. They have three cats and it’s a miracle they don’t have more. They are also a fan of donuts and little green monsters you can’t feed after midnight. Ant is so excited to be joining The REV and to be a part of the performing arts in our community.
Geoff Howard
Technical Director, REV Education
(He/Him)
Geoff has loved tinkering with mechanisms since childhood. As Educational Technical Director, he gets to indulge in the most rewarding type of problem solving: building the back of magic. Typically, scenic construction needs to last through the run of a single show, staying in one venue. Geoff designs and builds something that will last for years, is lightweight, fits in the back of a van, is easily assembled, and is true to the desired aesthetic. Every build is a challenge of bringing these needs together into a working artistic expression. Geoff has a MFA in Directing/Acting, has performed in a handful of productions at The REV, and has explored other facets of theatre, including set and light design and playwriting. His one major publication is “The Bob and Al Show”, available at playscripts.com. He looks forward to more years with The REV!
Tiffany Howard
Costume Shop Manager/Resident Costume Designer
(She/Her)
Tiffany has spent 12 seasons at The REV! After receiving her MFA from Texas Tech University and teaching college for five years in Missouri, Tiffany found a happy home here in both the summer and education shops where she takes on the task of teaching a whole new generation about the power of theatre. Favorite designs from past seasons include Always…Patsy Cline, Oklahoma!, West Side Story, Lost Highway, The Hank Williams Story, the Marvelous Wonderettes, and Cabaret. Thank you to the amazing costume shop for all the work and laughter, and for making such good-looking shows in such a short amount of time! And a huge shout-out to the Wardrobe Team (led by Ashley Wilson), who make miracles happen every day! Couldn’t do this without all of you! As always, a huge thank you and all my love to Geoff Howard, the best darn husband a girl could ask for.
Michael Iannelli
Director of Production & Operations
(He/Him)
Michael grew up in New Jersey and began his career in theatre as a stage manager, working regionally up and down the East Coast. Michael first came to The REV as an assistant stage manager in 2015. After falling in love with the company, he returned for another season in 2016 to stage manage Austen’s Pride: A New Musical of Pride and Prejudice and Treasure Island: A New Musical. In August 2016, he joined the company full-time as Production Manager.

He is committed to ensuring the theatre is accessible to all and that The REV continues to touch the hearts and minds of Central New Yorkers, young and old, for many years to come. In addition to his TD work, Rocky has also served in an array of positions for PlayMaker’s Repertory Company, Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre, Boise Contemporary Theater, and the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. When not working on a show, Rocky can normally be found in a wood shop, or exploring the great outdoors with his partner Jen and their dog, Wallace.
Hannah Malone
Director of Audience Services
(She/Her)
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, but having lived most of her life in West Tennessee, Hannah Malone holds a B.A. in Theatre with Honors from Union University. She also studied in London for a summer, which included a performance, literature, and history intensive at Shakespeare’s Globe. After completing an internship in Front of House, Administration, and Volunteer Coordination at Playhouse on the Square in Memphis, TN, she worked as a retail manager while freelancing in stage and house management for two years. She is excited to transition back to full time theatre administration with the REV and to explore all that Central NY has to offer! In her free time, you can probably find her traveling, playing video games, or watching movies with her husband.

After receiving two Bachelor’s degrees from Binghamton University in Cinema and Graphic Design, Jess returned back to upstate New York to continue her career in marketing. Lisa Robillard
Audience Services Manager & Group Sales Coordinator
(She/Her)
Lisa is a native of Auburn and has enjoyed the performing arts for as long as she can remember. Her interest in theatre was sparked by The REV On Tour in elementary school. After high school, she pursued a degree in Theatre from SUNY Oneonta. During her first summer home from college, she worked in the box office, continued to do so for two additional summers, and spent one summer as a props intern. In 2007, she left Auburn to work with a touring company. For the next six years she traveled the country, but her heart was always in Auburn. In 2013, she stopped touring and returned to her seasonal position in the box office and, in 2015, accepted the position of Audience Services Manager. She’s happy to be back home and working at a place she holds dear to her heart.
