Nederlander, Stewart F. Lane and Max Weitzenhofer in association with Japan Satellite Broadcasting, Inc.

Celebrate the life of famed humorist, performer and Oklahoma-native Will Rogers in this song and dance spectacular. Set within the famous Ziegfeld Follies, every scene and song in this musical comedy is a lavish production number as we reminisce with one of American’s beloved folk heroes. Stunning showgirls, tapping wranglers, stellar rope tricks and one of Cy Coleman’s best scores, this winner of six Tony Awards (including Best Musical) is a feel-good hit!

Meet the Cast


Beth Ann Baker (Ziegfeld Girl) Native to Greenville, SC, she graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelors of Music. She toured nationally with The Producers. Favorite Credits include: Singin’ in the Rain (Lina Lamont) at NBFT; White Christmas (Rita) at Northern Stage; A Chorus Line (Kristine) at Ogunquit Playhouse; CATS (Cassandra) and Bye, Bye Birdie (Gloria) at Surflight Theatre; and Dames at Sea (Mona) and Grease (Cha-Cha) at Shawnee Playhouse. Thanks go to God for the Gift and to Family for the Support – for without both, I would be lost.


Brittany Bigelow (Ziegfeld Girl, u/s Betty Blake) MGR debut! Brittany is an incoming senior BFA Commercial Dance major at Pace University in NYC! Her favorite credits include: Hairspray (Tammy/Associate Choreographer), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey U/S), and Take the Stage with Broadway Stars through Carnegie Hall (Featured Student Performer). Endless love and thanks to her supportive family, friends, Cory, Melissa and Leslie, the Pace CD faculty, and MGR for this amazing opportunity!


Sera Bullis (James Rogers) is delighted to be making her debut with Merry-Go-Round! No stranger to the stage, Sera has portrayed Gavroche in two productions of Les Miserables. Other theater credits include The Sound of Music, Annie, Little Mermaid, Honk! and Jungle Book. Sera also performed the National Anthem at the Carrier Dome, NBT Bank Stadium, and the US Tennis Open at Arthur Ashe Stadium. When Sera is not performing, playing piano or writing music, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and playing with her pets!


Kacie Rose Burns (Ziegfeld Girl) is thrilled to be a part of MGR’s season this year! She will be graduating with her BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University next May. Some of her favorite shows include Hairspray (Amber) and Cats (Bombalurina). Huge thanks to Ed, Brett, Ann, & the entire MGR team for this amazing experience, and much love to her incredible family, friends, and teachers.


Priscilla Curtis (Ziegfeld Girl) could not be more excited to be making her Merry-Go-Round debut in one of her favorite musicals. She has a degree in Dance from Kennesaw State University, where she was chosen to perform the Bill T. Jones piece, D-Man in the Waters. Theatre favorites include: Sophisticated Ladies, The Producers, Guys and Dolls, Anything Goes and White Christmas (Atlanta Lyric Theatre). All the love to her family and God bless.


Liam James Daniels (Wrangler) is happy to be back again this summer after playing the kite-loving Park Keeper in Mary Poppins! He was recently seen Off-Broadway in The Countess of Storyville. More attractive credits include Barrington Stage, Hartford Stage, The Public, NYMF, St. Louis Rep, Arkansas Rep, TUTS, Hangar, and Gateway. He also worked other places that should only be discussed over drinks. Big thanks to Ann, Sous, and Brett!!


Nicole Davey (Ziegfeld Girl) is overjoyed to be continuing on in this season at MGR! She was just seen in On the Town (Ensemble, Hildy u/s) at MGR! National tour credits: Cabaret and The Music Man (Ensemble, Eulalie u/s). Favorite regional credits: Donn Arden's World Famous Jubilee!, Crazy For You (Polly Baker), Backwards in High Heels, The Ginger Rogers Musical (Dance Captain), Annie (Grace Farrell). Graduate from AMDA, NY, and now currently on the dance faculty. Nicole also works as a choreographer and fitness instructor. Emma DeGroff (Mary Rogers) is happily returning to the MGR stage where she danced as Young Don in last year’s production of Singin’ in the Rain. A seventh grader in the Union Springs school district, Emma happily spends her days singing and dancing. She has recently starred as Annie in her school musical and successfully competed in dance competitions with her friends from Absolute Dance. Emma would like to thank her family, friends, Rachel Carrozziere, Amy Bellamy, Absolute Dance family and Amanda Franco for their guidance and support.


Isabella Ducayne (Freddy Rogers) is 8 years old. She has been in many musicals and is very happy to be working with Tom Wopat. She likes reading, spending time with her family, and having fun with her brothers and sisters. She is the 7th child in her family. She thanks God for giving her this opportunity and her parents Rick and Judy for helping and supporting her.


Michael Ducayne (Will Rogers Jr.) is a 10 year old. He has been in many musicals and has received an "Outstanding Achievement" award from Theatre Association of New York State (TANYS) for his performance in To Kill a MockingBird as Dill. He enjoys sports, junk food and electronics. He comes from a family of 9 children and he is the 6th child. Singing, dancing and plays are a part of his everyday family life. He attributes his success to his Parents, Rick & Judy and thanks God for blessing him with his talents.


Callie Gullickson (Ziegfeld Girl) is ecstatic to be making her MGR debut! Callie is going into her junior year as a Commercial Dance major at Pace University in NYC. She has attended training programs with School of American Ballet, Broadway Theatre project, Broadway Dance Center, and was also recognized as a merit award winner with The National Young Arts Foundation. Many thanks to everyone at MGR, the Pace CD faculty, and all who continue to support me throughout my life!


Catherine Hamilton (Ensemble) is a native of Chicago and leads a performance and teaching career in New York City. Catherine premiered as a dancer last season at The Metropolitan Opera and will return for a featured role this fall. She has performed for Hermes Fashion, the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, and in the original cast of Vegas! the Show for Norwegian Cruiseline. Her theater credits include How to Succeed..., Grease, Beauty & the Beast, Oklahoma!, and Oliver! She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Education from City College.


Christopher Lengerich (Wrangler, Dance Captain) is delighted to return to Merry-Go-Round and the Follies! MGR: High School Musical. New York: Make Mine Manhattan, Song of Solomon. National Tour/International: The Will Rogers Follies starring Larry Gatlin, Irving Berlin’s I Love a Piano, Big Band Beat at Tokyo DisneySea, Norwegian Cruise Line. Regional: Crazy for You (Bobby Child), 42nd Street (Billy Lawlor), Carnegie Hall, Ogunquit Playhouse, North Shore, Riverside Theatre. Amy Ling (Ziegfeld Girl) is grateful and honored to be making her MGR debut!! Credits: Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Rockette, Radio City Music Hall/Nashville; National/Japan Tour of 42nd Street, Big League Theatricals; National Tour of CATS, Cassandra, Troika; Crazy For You, North Shore Music League; My Fair Lady/Cinderella/42nd Street, Tuacahn Performing Arts; Dream, The Sandcastle, Guam. Ling would like to thank her family and friends for their constant love and support! And thank you MGR!


Steve Luker (Clem Rogers, u/s Will Rogers) Over 100 legit shows including Broadway (42nd Street), Tours (Footloose, 42nd Street), Radio City (Christmas Spectacular), Off Broadway and many Regional Theatres (Goodspeed, Bristol Riverside, Vero Beach Riverside, North Shore Music Theatre, Theatre Under the Stars, Theatre By the Sea, New Harmony Theatre, Mill Mountain Playhouse, Crossroads Theatre, Nutmeg Summer Theatre, the Engeman Theatre, The Entertainer Dinner Theatre, The Host Coral Dinner Theatre, Mt. Gabrielle McClinton (Ziegfield’s Favorite) Broadway: Pippin u/s Leading Player/Ensemble. 1st National Tour: American Idiot Whatsername. Many regional roles at PCLO and the St. Louis Muny. TV/Film: “The Mentalist,” “Won’t Back Down,” “Fun Size.” BFA Carnegie Mellon University. Chris McDaniel (Wrangler, Wiley, Roper, u/s Clem Rogers) is a leading trick roping and bullwhip artist, with 2 world records and a world championship. This is his 10th production of The Will Rogers Follies and he finally made it to the Merry-Go-Round! Chris is also a trick roping and bullwhip instructor and has taught numerous actors to do the rope tricks for the role of Will. He is also an actor and singer whose favorite role was Buffalo Bill in the national tour of Annie Get Your Gun.


Megan Peterson (Ziegfeld Girl, u/s Ziegfeld’s Favorite) is thrilled to be performing at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse this season. Megan is currently a junior BFA Commercial Dance major at Pace University. Past performances include: National Tour- Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Rockette) Stock: Crazy For You (Tess), Chicago (Mona), Singin’ In The Rain (Dora Bailey), and Call Me Madam at Ocean Professional Theatre Company. Megan is eternally grateful for her loving family and friends. Enjoy the show!


Cid Roberts (Wrangler, Indian Feature) Merry Go Round debut! Credits include We Will Rock You (US premiere, Las Vegas), Saturday Night Fever (US Natl), Grease (Euro Tour), regionally in Chicago, Tommy, Evita, Fame, as well as projects for Jennifer Hudson, Disney, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Oh What a Night A Tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Cid is an NYC based LA native, and is thrilled to be a part of this exciting production. Cid wishes thank Dylan for his endless support and love.


Matthew Michael Uriniak (Wrangler) Merry-Go-Round debut! Favorite credits include South Pacific (John W. Engeman Theater), A Chorus Line (Bobby), Babes in Toyland (Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center), Oklahoma! (Curly), A Christmas Carol (McCarter Theatre), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Ephraim), the Eglevsky Ballet, and the Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. BFA The Boston Conservatory. Elisa Van Duyne (Betty Blake) is delighted to play this dream role with such a talented company. Adrienne Weidert (Ziegfeld Girl) is a professional swing dancer & ballerina featured in film (The Thirteenth Floor) & on television. Onstage appearances in NYC with The Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park ("The Comedy of Errors"), Seattle's Benaroya Hall and The Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Training: Milwaukee Ballet, Boston Ballet, and London's Royal Ballet School. Awards: 1st Place National Jitterbug Championship and International Lindy Hop Championship titles. Music videos: Jim Henson Studios. Toured with professional Lindy Hop company, Hot Club Stomp, and regionally with The Atomic Cherry Bombs.
