When the perfect nanny arrives at 17 Cherry Tree Lane to care for the Banks children, not only does their behavior improve – but their eyes are opened to a series of magical adventures and lessons. Based on the classic Disney movie and with the famous songs “Spoonful of Sugar,” “Let’s Go Fly a Kite” and the infectious and rousing  “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” this song and dance megahit is toe-tapping entertainment for the young – and the young at heart!

Meet the Cast


Kyle Adkins (Robertson Ay, Ensemble) is appearing in his thirteenth production at MGR! He was seen in last summer’s productions of Legally Blonde (Elle’s Dad) and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (Louis Lemanteur). He is a veteran of the Youth Tour at MGR as a writer, director and actor. His new play “The Magic Paintbrush”, cowritten with Rachel Carrozierre, will tour to CNY area schools this fall. Thanks to Ed and Lisa!


Shannon Beel (Jane Banks) is happy to be making her Merry-Go-Round debut. She has been featured as Susan in Pittsford Mendon High School’s White Christmas and as Baby June in Gypsy with Ithaca’s Hangar Theatre. Shannon has played several roles with the Rochester Children’s Theater including Young Fiona in Shrek, Jojo in Seussical, and the title role of Annie. Shannon would like to thank her friends, family, teachers and directors for all of their support.


Molly Jean Blodgett (Katie Nanna, Annie, Ensemble, u/s Mary Poppins) is thrilled to be returning to Merry-Go-Round where she has previously been seen in Legally Blonde (Enid), Singin’ in the Rain (Zelda), Kiss Me, Kate and My Fair Lady! She has also been seen in NYU productions such as Thoroughly Modern Millie (Gloria), Violet, Sweet Charity, and Nine. Other favorite shows include A Chorus Line (Judy), Crazy for You, and 42nd Street. She is a graduate of the NYU-Tisch School of the Arts (Cap21) with a BFA in Drama. Much love to her ever supportive and beautiful family and friends!


Bjorn Bolinder (Ensemble, u/s Park Keeper, Von Hussler) is grateful for this opportunity with MGR. He received his pre-professional dance training at the Larkin Dance Studio in Maplewood, MN, and went on to study Communications and Musical Theater at Northwestern University. Thereafter, he spent 3 seasons dancing with River North Dance Chicago and several years at sea with RCCL before relocating to NYC. Favorite shows include Chicago, The Secret Garden, Dracula, and A Chorus Line. Huge thanks to all who've supported him so far on his journey!


Kevin Paul Clark (Ensemble, u/s Northbrook) is delighted to be making his MGR and East Coast debut! Credits include: Fiddler on the Roof (Portland Center Stage), White Christmas, La Cage Aux Folles, Legally Blonde, Gracie: A New Musical, Oklahoma!, Beauty and the Beast, A Chorus Line. He has also danced professional with Nevada Ballet Theatre. Love and gratitude to his friends, family, and wonderful mother!


*Eric Coles (Bert) is thrilled to be making his debut at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, he has spent the last few years working throughout Canada and the United States. Other Credits include: Rock of Ages (Broadway & Toronto), Mary Poppins 1st US National Tour (Disney Theatrical), Wizard of Oz (Mirvish Entertainment), The Producers (Stage West), Anyone Can Whistle, Kiss of the Spider Woman (TIFT), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Man of La Mancha (Drayton Entertainment), BoyGroove (Rubinoff Productions), and Oklahoma! (Port Hope Festival). For family and Alison.


Lauren Cuipylo (u/s Jane Banks) is 14 and a freshman at Weedsport Jr/Sr High School. She has always enjoyed performing. Her acting career began when she was 5 years old as a "Poppy" in The Wizard of Oz. Some of Lauren's favorite past roles include "Annie" in Annie, "Scuttle" in The Little Mermaid Jr, and "Chip" in Beauty and the Beast. Lauren would like to thank Merry-Go-Round for this amazing experience and opportunity. She looks forward to working with MGR in the future.


*Liam James Daniels (Park Keeper, Von Hussler, Ensemble, u/s George Banks) is psyched to be here this summer! He was recently seen Off bway in The Countess of Storyville. More attractive credits include Barrington Stage, Hartford Stage, The Public, NYMF, St. Louis Rep, Arkansas Rep, TUTS, Hangar, and Gateway. He also worked other places that should only be discussed over drinks. Special thanks Ed, Brett, Brian, Alisa, and Barrett!!


*Barrett Davis (Northbrook, Ensemble/Dance Captain) is thrilled to be performing at MGR again in such a magical show! He was last seen in the Broadway production of Mary Poppins (Robertson Ay/Dance Captain). Other favorite regional productions include: The Music Man (Tommy Djilas), Guys & Dolls (Nicely Nicely), See What I Wanna See (Janitor/CPA) and The Secret Garden (Dickon). He holds a BFA in acting/musical theatre from Carnegie Mellon University. Thank you to Clear Talent Group, my friends, and my amazing family for all the love and support. 


*Elizabeth Earley (Mary Poppins) is truly blessed to return to MGR and to the beautiful story of Mary Poppins after touring with Broadway’s 1st and 2nd National productions (Dance Captain, u/s Mrs. Banks). Other tours: Whistle Down the Wind, Beauty & the Beast. Regional favorites: Ragtime (The Kennedy Center & Milwaukee Repertory), A Chorus Line (as Cassie here at MGR & The Maltz Jupiter Theatre), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (MGR), Evita (Sacramento Music Circus). Heather Farney (Ensemble) is very excited to be making her Merry-Go-Round Playhouse debut. Some of her favorite credits include Singin’ in the Rain (Kathy Selden), All Shook Up (Natalie), 25th Annual… Spelling Bee (Olive), and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Sarah). Heather has her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Kansas State University. She would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support. Philippians 4:6-7


Audrey Federici (Bird Woman/Miss Andrew) Theater/Operatic Credits include: Til Death us do Part and Sunset City (Cronin), Mama and her Boys (Various) and Secret Garden (Simon). Witch: Hänsel and Gretel (Humperdinck), Baba the Turk: Rake’s Progress (Stravinsky) and Mercedes: Carmen (Bizet). Film/TV: Ringer$, Cathy Coppola and Department of Death. Opera/Concert Soloist: Sarasota Opera, Natchez Opera, Crested Butte and Connecticut Opera, St. George's Choral Society, the Great Neck Choral Society, the St. Paul’s Choral Society and the Colonial Symphony Orchestra. She attended Manhattan School of Music and Hartt School. For my nephew Kevin, who inspires me daily.


Annali Fuchs (Mrs. Corry, Queen Victoria, u/s Miss Andrew) is thrilled to be back at MGR for another wonderful season. She was last seen at MGR in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, My Fair Lady, 9 to 5, and The Great American Trailer Park Musical. This fall, she will be attending PCPA's two-year theatre conservatory in Santa Maria, CA. Many thanks to Ed, Brian, Jeff, and the entire MGR team for this opportunity. Tim Fuchs (Ensemble) is very excited to be making his Merry-Go-Round debut! Recent Credits: Intnl Tour: Sunfish, A New Musical (Storyteller). NYC Theater: The Quiet Clock (Swing/Dance Captain) Regional: White Christmas (Ensemble/Scooter) HAIR (Claude) Legally Blonde (Emmett), Singin’ in the Rain (Cosmo), Spring Awakening (Moritz). Séamus Gailor (Michael Banks) has studied and performed with PAI of Cortland for nine years. He appeared as Noah Gellman in the Syracuse Stage production of Caroline, Or Change and in the Syracuse University production of Merrily We Roll Along. He has also performed in SUNY Cortland productions of A Christmas Carol, The Nutcracker, and Luna Park; as well as in The Full Monty, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Brigadoon for Cortland Repertory Theater. He is a sixth grader at St. Mary’s School in Cortland.


Erica Leigh Hansen (Miss Lark, Miss Smythe, Ensemble, u/s Mrs. Brill) is thrilled to be back in the Finger Lakes for another summer! She was seen as Jennyanydots last summer in Cats and spending 2 years with the national tour. Favorite credits include: Cunegonde (Candide), Olive (Spelling Bee), Martha (Secret Garden), Rusty (Footloose), Lily St Regis (Annie), and Dianna Goodman (Next to Normal). Thank you to Ed, Brett, Brian, Alyssa, Barrett, and the rest of the MTFMGR team for letting me be part of this incredible production!


*Lucy Horton (Winifred Banks) is thrilled to be returning to Merry-Go-Round after last season's CATS, where she was seen as Jellylorum. Tour: CATS (Jellylorum, u/s Grizabella). Geoff Howard (Admiral Boom, Bank Chairman) is very honored to be on stage at Merry Go Round after working backstage in various run crews and surviving bracing New York winters as the MGR Youth Theatre Technical Director. A native Texan, Geoff received his MFA Directing/Acting from Texas Tech. His roles have included Big Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Sydney Bruhl in Deathtrap and most recently; two summers as Abraham Lincoln’s father in the premiere of Lincoln: On the Altar of Freedom at the Lincoln Amphitheatre, Indiana. Geoff is married to Tiffany, the most awesome woman ever!


*Patrick Oliver Jones (George Banks) is thrilled to be back at MGR! He just finished the National Tour of Evita and before that was on the The Addams Family National Tour. Off-Broadway he has performed in such new works as The Extraordinary Ordinary, Magdalene, and Swiss Family Robinson (NYMF). Jon Paul Roby (Ensemble) is honored and overjoyed to be making his regional debut with Merry-Go-Round Playhouse and in this wonderful show! Jon Paul is a rising junior Musical Theatre major at Syracuse University, originally from Boston, MA. Upcoming credits include Parade (Syracuse Drama) and Hairspray (SU Drama/Syracuse Stage). Molly Rushing (Ensemble) is ecstatic to be joining Merry-Go-Round in this magical show. She spent the better part of last year singing many of these songs while sailing on the Disney Dream cruise ship in the Bahamas. Other credits include: Babes in Toyland (Jenny) at Lincoln Center, Call Me Madam (Princess Maria) at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Finian’s Rainbow (Susan the Silent) at Music Theatre of Wichita. Ethan Saviet (Neleus/Ensemble) is excited to be back at MGR for a second summer. Last season he was seen in Singin' in the Rain, Legally Blonde, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and Cats. Next year, Ethan will be a senior musical theatre major at Syracuse University. Other recent credits include Sunday in the Park with George (George), Bat Boy (Bat Boy), and Violet at SU's Drama Department. Next he will be playing Leo Frank in SU's upcoming production of Parade. He would like to thank his family and friends for their endless love and support.

Rachael Scarr (Fannie, Ensemble, u/s Winifred Banks) is very happy to be returning for her eighth show with the MGR family, last appearing in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. She most recently did Spamalot with Florida Studio Theatre as Ensemble, u/s Lady of the Lake. This fall Rachael will be heading out on the first national tour of Nice Work If You Can Get It in the role of Eileen Evergreen. BFA NYU Tisch Cap21; graduate of Skaneateles HS. Celtic Waldron (u/s Michael Banks) enjoys acting, singing, and speaking publicly. Last summer he played Apollo in the original production Mythos by Auburn Public Theater. Celtic was also one of the main contacts with Cyd Charisse Fulton while working as a member of Kids With Pride at Genesee Elementary to get the apple trees planted at the Auburn School District Building last year.

Chaz Wolcott (Ensemble, u/s Bert, Neleus) is feeling quite merry about returning to Merry-Go-Round for Mary Poppins! He was seen last year as a man without an umbrella, a flamboyant hair colorist, a moustached Frenchmen and a kitten!
